what to do about a garage?

I was wondering what some of you guys on here that like to work on your own rides and dont have the luxury of a garage like myself do about garages? I been looking into renting out something but all I can find is huge places. I dont want to start a business just want it for personal use. And i dont have any friends or family memebers that will let me in there garages. So if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be awsome.. thanks guys

i didnt think storage units had outlets or even let you work in them.

A COUPLE OF MY FRIENDS IN ECM WERE DOING SUSPENSION WORK OUT OF 4 UNITS WHICH DIDN'T HAVE THE CENTER WALL IN THEM.THE LANDLORD EVEN RUN ELECTRIC IN YHEM...

hmm...i will have to call around some storage places then. I just assumed it would be an insurance thing with grinding and welding. Anyone else have anything to say about this topic?

most place don't have ELECTRIC in them. most of the time you have to take out your battery out and sometime you have to drain the gas tank
