what size belt are you running? ... are the pulley sizes the same?

the belt size i am not shure of, i had to go to the parts store twice to get the right belt, just use a piece of string and wrap it around the pulleys, that will get you close. then go to the parts store and buy a few belts ..then just return the ones you didnt need.I had the belt size written down somewhere when I first did it but not shure where it is anymore. As far as the pulley size goes they are not the same. On my edc the pulley was a little to narrow for the belt to slip inside of the pulley, but there was plenty of material there so I chucked it up into the lathe and took a little bit out of the pulley groove so the belt would fit. Worked great and doesnt wear on the belt

closet to the compressor you can see that there is no grove on the pulley thats were it was lathed opened a little bigger to fit the belt

kick ass man... thanks....i was looking at mine earlier, i am gonna to place the pump lower, under the alteranater,  due to the Reciever/drier(accumulator) hose, still no big deal, and tilted to the right...the green dodge i had had an EDC and two custom rectangle tanks built under the rockers...the leader hose ran down the trans tunnel to a valve and splits off to the tanks on both sides. awesome setup, so I am working on that with the ranger......unfortunatley i will be out sourcing about 75% this project to my Korean friend who can get anything in this country..lol. <img src="http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i156/tmiit71/THeRangeruppercontrolarm003
