Posted this in the Toyo forum, before I saw this one. Sorry for the double post..

Hi gang, new to these pages...

I see all the drama going on with a certain vendors products and was wondering were esle there was to get some front suspension parts. I have a V8 2WD Yota with a stock ride height. This is a street/strip truck running the 1/4 deep in the 10's. I wish to remove the torsion bars and go to a coil over suspension setup. Any ideas?

Thanks...

I believe so. One, the torsion bar setup has to weigh more then coil overs and two, I am running a 1 3/4 block hugger style header. With the bars gone, I should be able to pick up some more ponies with a real header.

take the torsions out and fab up some mounts on the frame and lower control arm to hold the coilover.

You shouldnt need custom a-arms to put coil overs in.

If you do need them go to www.kustomfab.com they will take car of you and give you a GREAT product!

E-mailed kustomfab, no reply so far, been a few days. I did not wish to just mod the originals, becuase I really would like some tubular pieces, but I guess I may have to do just that.

Thanks for the help...
