89-95 4 runner front bumpers conversion

Is there a height differance from a stock 2wd front bumper and valance to a 4-runner bumper and valance?

You need to buy the 4-runner bumper/valance and buy the 4 runner bumper Brackets. All can be found on partstrain.com at a pretty good price. I just went through this conversion.
