I'm in the planing stages for my project truck. It's an '86 Mazda standard cab. I'm most of the way through the 2.5 BD. I want to run 20's. I want to get tubular A arms made. My question is, will I need to have the arms made narrower then stock, or will I be able to clear 20's with 4x4 fenders? (I'll also be running drop spindles.) Thanks for the help.

Hit up Kustomwerks for your arms... they are top notch!!! I wouldn't get them anywhere else! they can make them to accept toyota or mazda spindles.

You should be fine with 20's and a 2." BD I would think... im pretty sure you'd be fine without the 4x4 fenders.

I've heard that drop spindles kick the front wheels out a bit though. Is that of any concern? Or is that not true?

have Kustomswerks build you some arms that will accept Toyota spindles, and use a Toyota rear axle. You will then be able to use any front wheel drive, 5 on 4.5 wheel on your truck and tuck with no problem.

Can someone post up the web address and phone number for Kustomwerks? I've searched around a bit in the forums but couldn't find it. Thanks
