03 4x4 dodge tire question

I have an 03 ram 4x4 and I am going to just do a 3" body lift right now and I was wanting to know what the biggest tire I could put on a 17" and a 20" rim would be with out rubbing. right now it has 305/70 on it, is there an easy way to figure this out? any websites?
