u cant bridge an amp and run the wires in parallel, u will lower the ohm's too much and damage the amp and/or sub. you have to run the amp at regular or mono, and then wire your voice coils in parallel.

what's the resistance on each coil of the sub, and whats the lowest resistance the amp is stable at 2channel and on mono/bridged?

That statement depends entirely on the impedance of the subwoofers in question as well as the lowest acceptable impedance the amp will run at.
