I have tried all the otc products as well as acetone and stuff and still cant get it off. Any suggestions?

at work we use a combination of 5% lacquer and 95% water(not exact % but roughly) cuts through sap and tar like none other.

very hot soapy water is the best thing to use. like i mean hot

try using Meguiars Diamond Cut Compound, you can get it at most auto paint supply stores and it works pretty well w/ some elbow grease
