What offset for fullsize chevy?

I am wondering what size off-set would I need to tuck on my 2006 Chevy Silverado?

7" to 7.25" on a 22x9.5

im sure thats backspacing, you would want a minimum of 7" on 9.5, so that would be 3.5" offset i believe, google up inches to millimeters and use a calculator.

i've got 7 3/8 b.s. on my 22x10 and they tuck but barely in the rear. I would go no less

to tuck, you are going to need around 42 to 45mm... anything less is cutting it too close, but with a smaller tire it would probably work against hitting the fenders (and you'll have to roll the fenders).
