I got a question I hope someone can help me with. I have an F-350 and I want to put a billet steering wheel in. Everybody I'm talking to say can't be done, even if you get steering wheel, you can't get adapter. One reason is the air bag, yada yada yada. I've been in the scene along time and have seen many trucks that had air bags with after markey steering wheels, including ones I've owned. But I looked on SSM owner profiles at the F-350's and everybody still has factory steering wheel. So am I being told the truth about this truck??? If you can do it could someone tell me what I need and where to get it?

you can get a lecarra hub for a ranger, it will work, i have it in my f150

Man everything is possible in the Custom world!

Seriously, I know those work truck were made without airbag like 4-5 years ago... so if you find an adapter for that truck when it was available from the dealer w/o an airbag then you got it.

If it's kinda hard to find it you can always take out the "splined" part on your stock steering wheel (the part that fit onto your steering column) and bolt it in an aftermarket adapter that has the perfect dish for your truck.

I can try to find the part # for an adapter that may fit your truck. You can try 'em, if it works then great, if not there is the second option I gave you. Or you can have Silver Star Customs make you one...I don't know how much it may cost but I think they can make adapters.

Hope this helps a bit

Thanks for the help and suggestions, if there is anymore info, I will take it. I think I may get in touch with Silver Star. I just put some pics on my profile for the F-350, but they have to be approved!!! Nothing major just a couple of outside shots!

I am an authorized distributor for Lecarra and have some hubs in stock. Prices start at 79 buck for polished adapters. I will check a price for the F-350 hub. L8R
