First let me tell you my plans with the truck. Its a 89 b2200, In 6-8 months i will juice and bd the truck. Right now Its on 3inch drop springs and re-key'd torsions. Bump stops are (either off or cut mostly off, i dont remember)

So until i do this, i want to be lower. However i dont want to be buying drop spindles/arms or any other "parts" that i wont need when i juice and bd it.

So i guess my question is, when i juice the truck will i use my stock suspension? Or will i need drop arms/spindles? And to get lower for now what are my options..I will probably pull a leaf out, id like to get 2 inches or so lower...

Thanks in advance for your help..Dee

well, when u juice it, depending on the size of wheel u use, u can make it lay by just flipping the balljoints in the front with 17's or smaller, with 18's u may have to modifly the control arms abit, and with 20's you'll need drop spindles to lay out

Acctually untrue about needing drop spindles to lay out on 20's. With drop spindles and 20's your looking at more problems then without. Camber is your friend with 20's.
( and too the original ? Take all your leafs out but the main ( monoleak ) and crank your torsion bars as low as they'll go. Or just bag it and get rid of all that bs.

I plan on going with 20's (or at least 18's) Also if i lower the torsions all the way wont i hit..whatever the bump stop's are mounted to? Thanks again..

cut the bump stop mounts out if you do juice it stock upper and lower arms are your friends just plate your lowers so they dont bend and break when and if you're going to hop or 3 wheel. Just my :2CENTS:

how do You make a mazda lay out on 20's without spindles. i also don't want to use tubular control arm?

I have 20's on mine but it's like about an inch from layin out with stoct spindles and control arms

yah , camber isnt your friend on mazdas with 20s , cause the 20 will camber into your break booster. i have flameds10s mazda sittin in my shop right now and the 20s are 1/2" from the break boster and it still needs to go down 1.25". It can be done without spindles , but for the work involved to do it correctly , its alot easier, faster and cheaper(if your paying to get it done) to buy spindles
