well Neal i know what your sayin man, an Im workin on gettin ya guys squared away, but your not waiting on me, the build of the arms had nothin to do with me, but dont get me wrong im workin on getting this done, Eric's just getting swamped an I know it shouldnt of went down like this but he's tryin bro, your gonna have em soon !

Hell yeah, you and I just talked about this in fact last night Jimmy. I have customers on back order right now, bitching at me, waiting on their arms. Same problem, been a few weeks, waiting gets annoying...but they'll be damn happy when they get their arms and see the quality and ease of install.

i understand waiting sucks, and the fact dates are kinda slippin back in some minds is unacceptable but I'll be the first to tell you I will not fall off an lose contact with you all, im not gonna stop answering ?'s or emails, are calls are always answered, i alwasy reply to emails, it does suck i know but there is nothing to be worried about , I'll come through for you guys, im stayin on em about it all Just dont want you to think this is all going in the direction of another 3 lettered arm builders business An I talked with Eric too bout your/Ronnie's orders and he acknowledges the delays an appologizes, just with all are orders, your orders, as well as other such as Can do, etc, etc, he's getting SWAMPED, but he is working on focusing his attention in the right spot, he's now managing it to where he's getting more time on arms split up with there in shop builds.

But I assure you all its all gonna get work out VERY quickly, dont expect to wait much longer.

I just got off the phone with Eric, and he says the arms should lay a 20 no problem.

who's bitchin'...I'm not bitchin'just wanted an answer for delay...I'm happy with the answer I got now but like you said, I'll be damn happy when I see them on my truck...haha scott you know I'm just f'n with ya' just cause I know it bugs you cause like to offer good service and this ones out of your hands...

I waited over a month for my arms... sure It was a little long, but you know what... it was well worth the wait, and i'd do it all over again if I had to!

Corey, Did ya order the arms for a drop spindle i am going to order a set but im not sure which ones to order

for got to ask will i need a drop spindle to lay on a 19 maybe a 20???
