Relocating leafs to under frame?

ok i have a 95 splash and i never realized how narrow the frame rails were. I could fit such a wide tire under the assend if it wasn't for the leaf springs bein mounted on the outside of the frame. I plan to put a 2.3 turbo or 5.0 in my splash and i'm just curious if anyone makes a kit to move the leafs to where they hang under the frame so i can get a huge tire in the back with little modifications. I'm not bagging so laying out or getting low as possible isn't a factor in this case. Also, does anyone make engine mounts to convert a ranger to a v8?

i think Advance Adapters has a v8 conversion for your truck, bro. (advanceadapters.com) i'm not sure about relocating the spring pack, but i've installed a parallel 4 link with a panhard bar with some coil overs. that's another alternative to think about.
