I measured from the conter of the pinch molding on both sides. This is a urgh stock truck urgh nothing done to it. Good luck.

Thanks for the help guys! I think I know where my problem is, the drivers side rocker seemed to be a little far out.

Geeze I have so many before/after pics I want to show......the truck was hammered.

Will you measure this for me? That way I can get it square. Measure from the top of the plate.

dont you have to measure diagonally because it could be the right distance apart but both sides could be moved over to the right or left

Yeah, I got the firewall square. Now I want to get the center square. then I will get from front to back square / the floor square.

I measured at the bottom of the glass on the door for reference. From pnch to pinch is 55 1/2. I remeasured the bottom and got 55 1/4. Never take NyQuil and measure, hope that helps.

looks great! I always liked that truck.

couple questions: you arent leaving that underdog rear clip are you? That'll get caught on everything if you like driving low.

how much shorter is it than a std cab?
