Nitrogen is what most use...I believe its cheaper than the others also.

With CO2 you cant lay the bottle flat it has to be at some sort of an angle.(from what i heard)

Helium....its lighter than nitrogen....but TWICE the price.

I run nitrogen on my truck....havent had any problems.

nitrogen is the best to use. super dry, inert, and cost effective.

co2 is corrosive and not good to use. people may say they've used it forever with no problems, but in the end, nitrogen is way better.

now... on to helium. helium has a much fast expansion rate and a smaller molecular structure, so you get more going through the line. it is insanely fast and very fun to have. the down side is the price. it is way to expensive for a daily drive in my opinion.

i know lots of people that run just regular compressed air from like a dive shop

the problem with compressed air is the amount of moisture in it. if you only want compressed air, run an engine driven compressor.
