Chevy Luv ?

Anyone know much about the 1982 Chev Luv P/U. Theres one for sale by me and I wanted to know some info. I look at some online photos and it says they're isuzu powered? Is there anything I need to look out for on these trucks? Stay away? Thanks for the feedback

the chevy luv was built by isuzu they also built the early s10 1.9 gas and the 2.0 diesel engines watch for rust on these they are old but still very cool trucks if done right

I have a 1984 Isuzu Pup and its the same thing as a Chevy Luv its a great truck and looks great bagged.

I know the front shocks fit on an old skool lowered bug real good...lol

As far as the truck i have no idea....but one of those with an LS1 would be sick

yea they were bad about rusting so if you find one in good shape for cheap get it! they look sick when done right!

yea, the 81-87 luv is the same as a 81-87 pup.

there is a lack of parts for them, but it only makes it more fun to lay them out. the rockers under the doors and around the bodyline on the bead like to rust out. pretty easily fixed tho.
