Whats the easiest way to bevel the edge of square tubing? Do they make a chop saw or anything that can tilt to bevel it or is it all done by hand with a grinder?

i bevel mine on a stand alone 12" disc grinder. It makes very quick work of it, and only takes one pass.

and their pretty cheep to boot.

I'm not being lazy I just wanted to know if they made a saw or anything that did it so they would all be more uniform than doing it by hand. I've been dong it with a grinder and just wanted to know if there was another way. godforbid someone ask a question on this site without getting some smartass remark.

I use whatever's closest really, angle grinder or bench grinder.. Hold 2 pieces together, keep looking till they look beveled about the same, etc..

seriously if you have a stand alone chop saw if it has abrasive blades on it then just hold the tubing at an angle on the flat part of the blade as it spins thats how i used to do it a work when we were beveling steel pipe and since its boxed just bevel which ever sides you need
