Just got done putting some caddy wheels on an isuzu and one problem. Went to go and put the center caps on the front and the cap will not go on. It hits the spindle. Anyone else had this problem??? If so what did you do to fix it???? Thanks

He did not shave the bolt??? We took the dust cap off and tried to put it on like that but it was still hitting the bolt???? It's an 94 spacecab.

you can grind the excess theads off of the spindle, just do it with the nut on it so you can skrew the nut back off the clean and staighten the threads

What size caddys are they? Unless they are the new 20s, you may have enuff room to put a single 1/4 inch spacer behind the wheel before you start grinding away. I guess it all depends on what you have planned and if you are just using the caddy's as temps. On the other hand, a true minitrucker would just grind away and not care.

I have caddys, with 1/4 spacers, and no dust cap. They clear fine. But I am in the process of doing what the first guy mentioned; shaving the cap back. Regardless, with the spacers, you dont have to mess with the spindle nut.

I have Caddy wheels in my 95 and i ended up cutting off the extra threads, putting the dust cap back on and beating the dust cap in for clearance.
