Im looking into buying a mig welder to do such things as shave door handles side moldings and trunk lid on my civic... I dont have a lot to spend and was just curious whats my best bet when it comes to getting a welder and where?? I saw Northern Tools had some but im not sure which would best fit my application. Any help would be awesome.

ebay always has some good prices on some 110 welders..

110 will do what i need

yea 110 will do what u need. if ur lookin in northern, i would go with a cheap Holbert(the orange colored ones) MIG or an even cheaper off-brand MIG, but make sure whatever u get is 110 because once u jump to 220 it gets expensive.

i say save the money and get te hobart handler 180 becuse you will thank yourself when you go to do some big suspension project in the future. check with tractor suplly company, they had a sick deal on a welder, cart, bottle, bag full of equipment, and a hobart auto darkening helmet.
