v8 in ranger

I'm wantin to put a v8 in my ranger but i'm also considerin atleast 20 inch wheels and possibly 22's wit a full frame. Can it be done on 22's and what all will have to be done?

22s will be extremly close if not touch the hood and top of the bedsides.
