i know there is alot of post out there but has anyone did a 95 ford ranger a/c compressor and converted it please help me or point me in the right way

I dont know how to do but if you figure it out hit me up. I was wondering about doing that to my stang too. Does anyone have any idea?

put a york on it if you can. The stock compressors use oil that is in the refridgerant to lube the comp. The yorks have oil in the crankcase. The stock one you would need to put an inline oiler in the intake side and put a coalescing filter on the pressure side. The york needs the coalescing filter too though. I have seen a ranger like a 91 or something with a york and a/c on it before. Hit me up if you need anymore info.

thats the thing if i had that kinda of money or i would there was a guy on here that did it to a mazda and i know mazda and ford are almost the same but it was a older mazda

i have one on mine 1995 ranger works good u jus run the inline oiler and u will have to put oil in it every now and then but i'm still working on mine to pump the oil in the compressor good

a guy in my area did this, didn't exactly work out for him. he blew up 3 compressors before he just bought a sanden.

He was running an inline oiler into it and a seperator out of it. He tried running a bunch of different types of oils but he ended up burning up all 3 compressors.

you just run 30wt non detergent oil. Just make sure you have a r134 compressor and keep it below 250psi.
