Looks like you drew in the paint, looking good so far (assuming you are not done yet) I would just watch the lighting on the side, cause there is to much contrast in the lighting between colors like the grey is to light at the bottom. Also if you are drawing in all the paint I would do the same to the chrome bumper to get rid of the reflections. Overall I would say you are definitly getting better. Also if you want the flames I would make them smaller and make them flow so one turns into the next, if that makes since. Just my two cents.
