I'm going to pick up my 86' 2wd Chevy CC dually tomorrow. I guess it's time to redgister and sign in. I have a 91' Cummins for it and I'm planning "the works", BD, bags, 22.5s and a Eaton 6speed. We'll see how it shakes out.

Well here she is in all her glory! She needs a bath. the guy said the trans was bad and we would have to pull it on the trailer with a tractor. You should have seen his face when I fired it up and drove it thru the yard and onto the trailer. 30min and we were out of there.

Well it's been a long time coming; with a new job, a 100mile move, a new shop, paying projects, etc I'm finally getting back to the dually. How many coil was I supposed to cut for a 2"-2" drop?

Just kidding I have 3800s I'm going to try and stuff in their place.
At this point the front clip and box are off, 454 and th400 are pulled, rear axle/suspension is out, rear frame is stripped, mid frame is preped for the SFBD(ordering tubing this afternoon), I have a front suspension off a SW 3/4ton, a 3.21 geared limited slip SW 14bolt and dually hubs to make a C&C and poly bushings on order for the triangulated 4-link. Hopefully progress on the frame will move quickly before I have to bring my buddies 64' Chevy in to be slammed. Wish me luck!

Last night i got the front z-ed 4" at the fire wall. I still have the front of the frame to do. I also collected 6 brand new in the boxes 22.5 Alcoas. Only down side is they are machine finished. I have my adapters done so on to turning them.
