I've got screw holes in my urethane bumper where the license plate bracket was screwed in. Is there a way of patching those holes?

yes, you could use a plastic welder

I think SEM makes a urethane material that will do the trick too. I've used it before, but no clue as to what it's called anymore.... works great!

At my shop we use the hell out of lord fusor's heat set i think it's # is 100ez and never had a problems with it. we also use a lot of Sem products their "problem plastic repair" should also work too just mace sure you scuff the area with at least 80 or 40 grit and if you're taking the bumper off do it to both sides. DO NOT!!! use a grinder to rough it up!!it will kinda like "Melt" the urethane and the repair stuff used won't bite into it like it's supposed to.
