not really sure where you can get a clean cutlass in ohio. you need to get a southern one that is not from a coastal area because those rot quickly in our climate. when you find one check it over super thoroughly. check the bottoms of the doors, quarters, rear wheel wells (inside and out), rear frame (above and behind axle) and finally poke the shit out of the floor pans. Cutlass' from those years rot like no other, they actually replaced panels on some of those cars when they were only 2-3 years old at dealers to try to fix problems with rust. the cleaner a cutlass looks usually means it has been painted and people are trying to hide a bunch rot that is no doubt still lurking. just watch out cause i've seen so many people get stuck with rotted out shit that looks great on the oustide.
