so looks like i need an s-10 for really cheap to pratice my welding and fabrication skills. anyone have an old one for sale running or not?

I was thinkin the same thing.

But Dude, Check out some junkyards or keep an eye out for rusty hoopties behind people's houses and see if they want to get rid of them.

mike its a little to much and i want one that is bone stock so i can do my own stuff to it

do a google search on your state's surplus, lotta times you can find city trucks or dot trucks that are like $500 cause they are old and some small part is bad like a fuel pump or something...like NCState surplus has a bunch of early 90s rangers for sell/auction
