dude if its real bad i would go to the doc. they can give you pills to help (most likely prednisone, a steriod), Rx cream, or an ijection of cortizone. for now take you a hot bath. as hot as you can stand it. heat will release the histamine in your skin. ( histamine is what triggers your itching)

ya i been takin hott showers and it calms the itch for a lil while but i finally went to the docs for the third time and they game me a high dose or prednisone and soem medicated creme and it seems to be gettin better already and i just got it today wish i had gotten it last week it would have been gone already
