i know its possible cause i have seen a full size motor bike with a chain frame plus it would be easier since i dont have a tube bender and i could pull it to the right shape then weld it in. is there a way to bend tubing with out a tube bender??

u could use solid bar and heat it with a torch where u want it bent...seen it done this way with handle bars

a tig weld with that would be best because you can flow the puddle better. As for chain i wold just get some heavy ass steel chain. build a jig first to locate specific mounting components.

Hmmm...317lbs plus welded chain. I've never tried it but if I were to weld a chain together I'm pretty sure I could bend it with my foot and hands. Just be careful, and when you see the chain you think your going to use, buy the one that's one size bigger.
