ordering dvd's from SSM

i ordered a DVD from SSM 2-28-06,and they got there $$$ but i still haven't got my DVD! has anyone ordered anything from SSM? and how long did it take to get to you!!! im located in Florida...i got my crime pays video in 3 days....whats up!!!
