It says its for an 85-6 b2000. I ordered it for a 93 b2200 will it still fit or did they send me the wrong one?

If you are running fuel injection you will have to get a pipe made up to atach to your stock exhaust sytem and a o2 sensor

the pacesetter kit comes with a pipe with an O2 bung in it.

and the B2000 was never EFI.

my 93 b2200 is injected aka throttle body. And the pipe and 02 bung are to short for the fuel injected ones that's why it says in there listing for carbed engines only

good advice james, just a bit extraneous because he was asking if it would fit his B2000. The B2200 was the only model to come with EFI (I had one, great truck), the B2000 offered only in 86-87 (you could get an early 86 in 85.5, my friend crutch has one) did not.

Just interpreted the question wrong I thought he was aksin if it would fit his 93 b2200 and yes the fuel injected are great engines but the 4.3 FI will be much better

hmm, maybe I interpreted the question wrong.

ah well, either way it will fit, as long as its the pacesetter.

There have been some 85 B2000 headers on ebay lately that wont fit though, because the exhaust is on the opposite side...

it does come with a little piece but it doesnt bolt right up to your exhaust I had to take mine the exhaust shop and have them make a 3ft piece from the end of the header back to the cat. It looks really nice it was only like $70 also.
