I am going to be getting some escalades and I was wondering what tire size I should use. 225 45...50.. what series should I go with that won't mess my odometer and what not.I used a tire size calc and it said to go with a 225 50 17 for the lowest profile...but I see everyone running 40 and 45 series.

And I have 3" blocks in the back and was wondering how many leafs i would need to pull to get an extra two inchs? I have the front down 2.5" with torsions and im going to flip the ball joints to get that extra inch.

Thanks for any help guys!

I got 215 40 17's when you go to bag it this tire size will help with the nagging problem with mazdas tuckage under the bed

dont know on the tire but pull the center two leafs out for the extra 2 inches or so, but be ready to notch it cause you will be sitting really close to the frame and the axle will hit the frame if you go on to rough of a road.. I know this cause I am doing the same thing I need to notch mine...good luck

I have a set of 3 inch de-arched leafs for a standard cab if you are interested. They are a full set, no leaves taken out.
