Confused... Any Ideas what's up

My civic has power doors.. I went to unlock my door tonite to get in and I turn my key it unlocks I grab my door handle and pull and the door locks it self...It wont let me in. I did just put my shaved solenoid in that door could that have anything to do with it? Its driving me up the wall..

Any help?

try the passenger door. maybe you switched the rods for the handle and lock around so that it locks when you pull handle
try pulling on door itself while turning the key both ways maybe

definatly sounds like you switched the rods ive found its easier to just remove the lock rod so that you dont accidentally lock your door shut semi permantly
