Gauges dont work, 93 ranger

So in my buddies 93 ranger splash we put a new radio in it, radio works perfect, but we noticed the gauges do not work at all only the speedo work, what would cause this to happen? we checked the fuses and they all seem fine

have your GEM modulator checked out.

i would re check the fuses, speedo is cable drivin.
