I've got a couple of guys wanting me to do weld the notches, weld the four links on and do the front cup work on thier trucks. The trucks are'01 Ford SuperCrew and an '01 chevy 1500. I've never done any paying jobs they've all been buddies so i don't know what a fair price would be. I'm not doing any wiring or plumbing just the welding and cutting. Just seeing what you guys thought. Thanks

just depends on the time and bull shit you have to go through to do the job,if you got to move gas tank etc.charge more, but it depends on the hours you done ,if you do a job in 4 hours charge 350-400 bucks, somin like that price range

local shop in SJ will charge between 400 and 500 for just a notch to be welded in....that's not including the notch.

Both guys are wanting a wishbone style set up with the bags mounted cantilever on the parallel lower bars. There not going to be that difficult, you guys think $1000-1200 per truck is too much including messing with fenders and bed floor if i have to?
