it will help if you are using coils in the rear, versus over the axle, especially if you aren't running accumulators. There is an increase in leverage directly related to the positioning of the source of leverage i.e. bag, cylinder,coilover,whatever.most trucks with juice ride a little stiff in the rear because of the absence of weight. Therein, you have effectively the least amount of resistance over the axle, whereas a leveraged suspension "sees" more weight
