I have a two piece with a bad u joint, I can get another driveshaft that's bent, but has decent u joints. Is it possible to just press em out, and swap em, or should i just return the driveshaft at the junkyard (if they let me) and try to hunt down another one? this shiz sucks

buy new u-joints for the driveshaft that came out of your truck

if you only had a mazda, there staked in, supposed to last the lifetime of the vehicle, there is no replacement part

i would just have a driveshaft built so you can have replacable ujoints then. if you put an old part back in there, then there will be failure eventually.

I dont have a mazda and have never worked on one....that BITES that they dont have replacement parts for those things! Its actually kinda hard to believe!
