What would give you more lift? Bags mounted over axle or something like this?

And will one give you a better ride than the other?

the one pictured will do both, but i dont advise mounting the bars on the rear end like that, with the ends being angled like that, the bushings will bind during travel.

Should I run those two angled bars straight back makin it parallel?
bdroppeddak   +1y
see how they are slanted? the ends need to be level.

what cris said and center the bags on the bar that they are mounted on. when mounted off to the side it will twist the bar and destroy your bushings

oh yea didnt even notice that!! that right there is alot worse than the upper bars.

K I got all your pointers.. So Is this better to run than over the axle?

you'll have less lift and a shittier ride over axle.

yes, it has more lift, and with the 1.5:1 or greater ratio of bag travel to axle travel, the ride is less stiff. we make several different mechanical advantage weld in 4 link kits like the one above too. if you are interested hit me up at the email below, or check out the site.

my fullsize has the slam re 8 over the axle, and doesnt ride that bad unless its aired way up, and has 8 1/2" of lift if i need it.

looks like hes running super pivots to me, itll be fine. leave the bags on the bars, itll ride better and get a lot more lift due to a lever ratio.
