bags?

hey every1 i have an 03 silverado extended cab and im gona put some 22" rims on them well i want my frame to touch ground and is this possible and if so how much could raise it up because i live in a fairley steep hill and my 300 m scrapes the bottem and also how much would the whole thing cost i mean like including tanks and ecerything??? also post some pics of your slammed truck thx
