Brakes Grinding?

my brakes are grinding just started today should drive 160 miles to Tulsa for a doctors appt. tomorrow or drive the gas hog burban ? gas is so damn high don't know what to do ? it is mostly highway !

you need new brake pads if it just started you might be ok to make the trip but don't put it off for more than a day or two or you will buying new rotors as well

take the gas hog, i'ld rather spend more on the gas
