S-10 parts cheap?

I am going to get an S-10 i am going to pick it up for $300 bones it is a 1985 with a V6.the first thing it needs is a window $45 and front brakes $20 it leaks oil so a gasket somewhere. but i want it to run good before i put a lot of money in to it. does anyone know of any cheap parts ?
