GET A BIGGER ALTERNATOR AND BIGER POWER WIRE, THATS WHAT I DID

i've got about 1400w in my system w/ a cap. running stock 4.3 alt...no problems. (but no comps, either.)

the stock alternator is only like 60-70 amps. My stock alternator on my 4.3 would barely handle lights, 2 compressors and a little bit of bass so a fresh 100 or 105 amp alternator should do the trick. an optima battery will help some too

depending on how large your system is, u will need a HO Alt. Id try a better ground from your battery to your chassis first.

I know on the 2.2's the stock ones are like 80. I just purchased a 100A for mine for $100 hopefully itll help me out. My compressor was pullin my batt down, but I also found out my old alt was dead anyways.. lol
