Whats everyone use? I plan on painting my cadi flat black and striping it. What kind of primer do people use to get that even, smooth look? Whats the best place to buy it? And links to any good painting sources would me much appriciated.

for a more durable flat finish just put flattener in your clear and paint it..not primer

just looking around. What about that hot rod flatz on ebay? anyone ever use it? what kind of prep would that need?

i bought mine from oriellys for $40, it's aight but u got to put alot of thinner in it

yea pus matte black on it like the old hotrods did and it will look tight and be durable

just base coat it and use some eggshell clear. i use some lacquer primer nad it fades after a couple months. lol i just seen that trevor said the same thing :TUP:
