Got bags on the front of a 94 full size and it won't lay out on 225 50 16's. (i know their tiny, 20's coming later) the tie rods aren't hitting and I've already trimmed the upper control arms to clear the mounts. any ideas?

look where its touching and cut.

I can't see anywhere it's touching, otherwise I wouldn't have asked

Drop spindles?

are the bags compressed? the binding spots on a fullsize are the upper arms where they hit the insides of the mounts, the lowers where they hit the mount thats closest to the front of the truck. the side of the arm going toward the rear will hit the underside of the frame, then the tie rods will hit the frame. also the upper balljoint will bind.

Drop spindles and make sure that the lower control arms are not hitting the frame.
