Zing my 76 Silverado

I have never done a z in the front but I want to raise up my control arms. How involved is something like a z to do and how many inches should I z it if i do it

a z will not only raise upper control arms but the front clip just do you know.

wouldnt it raise both the upper and lower control arms.

it raises the whole front crossmeber like, joe said. theres some pics in my profile if it helps.

mine is done 4 inches, probally didnt need to go that much because i have crushed my rockers under my truck from layin it out.
