I have the MIC 4 way manual valve panel. Whenever i run over 150 psi the 2 rear valves will leak up. When they leak up i can hold the switch down to air it out then there is air constantly coming out from the tank. So if i let the switch go back to center the valve lets air into the bag. I've taken them apart and rebuilt them, but it still happens. Anyone have this problem? It can get very annoying especially when im driving.

a trick ive tried with those is to spray them with 409. Sounds cheesy, but it actually works pretty well and for a good length of time, id say its at least a month before they slowly start seeping again. Good luck with gettn em sealed up for good though, i finally pitched em and got some good ol electric ones!!!

the steel ball bearings are harder than the aluminum toggle and it wears a groove in them, holding them open. Same with the poppet valves. your only option is replacement.
