ok the front tire on my civic have been squilly alittle on the front tires are brand new,i know my alignment is slightly off,but all my honda have been like that.it does have cans on it,spindels are 1.75inches shorter, with almost all the front cut out(which also the car sound kinda like a jacked up truck)probably form what is missingjust wondering if anyone else has this problem and what might it be.

sounds like a wheel bearing is going out. jack up what ever side is making the noise. then grab the rim on either side & shake it. if it can wiggle back & forth the bearing needs to be replaced. the rim shouldn't move at all when you do this

does it make a squeeling sound, or like more of a tire tread roar sound.

i think you might have issues with toe in & toe out. When i bagged my buddies 05 civic he had that issue, but it was only on asphalt roads. get a full alignment & i think that will fix it
