Anyone ever thought about...

Ever thought or seen a 68 cheyenne front end put on an 02 fullsize chevy? I think that might be the way I got with mine..lookin for something different..everyones puttin newer stuff on older trucks..what if it was reversed..and the trucks have similar lines..

as a fellow owner of a newer silverado, i have noticed the similarities in the two body styles, i really think it could be done tastefully and aesthetically, but not by just slapping a complete front end on, maybe modernizing it quite a bit would make it look right at home.
