Whats up everybody, new to the whole slammin' scene, im use to liftin' em up. However Ive some how wondered onto this website an became very interested in slammin' these big ol' trucks. Ive found one truck I like its a 91 CCLB SRW 1 ton, but dont know where to start, I want it as low as I can get with out spending a fortune, Im 19 with a full time job 3 other trucks and a house so money is TIGHT, so it seems static is the way to go, but how low can you go with just springs and spindles, and how low until I need a C notch, not a problem just trying to plan ahead, any and all info is helpful. So thanks ahead of time an looking forward to hanging out!

6/8 is the lowest you can with a static and still be somewhat driveable. You will need to a small notch in the frame to do this. For the front you will need Springs and spindles, for the rear you can either use a flip kit or use the shackle hangar combo or both to get a huge drop. DJM, Belltech, and Western Chassis all offer good parts.
