90 chevy 3/4 ton the frame is not even to weld c notch flat it looks like i can trim it down flat and weld in my notch but i know people have done it b 4 so whats the best way?

The best way to notch that frame is to trim it flat, you are right about that. But I would def reinforce the straight sides of the C-frame around the notch on that truck. the notch has a tendency to put too much stress on the adjoining points and will sometimes crack depending on how hard you are on your frame. you might think about building a whole new rear clip. It's hard to make those wavy C-frames look neat.

so if i went all out and did a whole clip whuts the best way 2 join the new tubing frame to the actual stock fame where should i cut it right after the cab?

I would cut it all the way up to the front frame clip.

slide the new rails into the exsisting frame. and weld everything you possibly can. Then box it in and weld some more
