truck wont start 92 yota with 22re motor

i just indercoated the whole interior of the truck i taped all the wires off and every thing. Go to start it up now nothing all i get is a buzzing noise like the key is in the ignition. So i thought maybe a quincidence so i put a new starter in it and still nothing any one ever have this problem just wondering if there are any relays or somthing any one with any idea would be very helpful thanx alot

Find the wire that comes off of the starter that goes into the firewall. Trace that back. I think on the newer trucks there is a relay between the key and the starter. If not, check your battery, and grounds. Trial and error until it starts.

GROUND IS OFF UNDER THE SEAT MAYBE

if it just clicks when you try to start it thier is a relay on the passanger side under the dash behind the speaker mount it's a beotch to get to and it's costly as all hell. if thats your problem the part is about $200-$300 sorry , but good luck

thanx guys i really appriciate it this weekend totally sucked with my truck i just broke th windshield by accident. NOw the truck isnt runnin and i need a new wind shield. But thanx for the help by the way is that relay what does it look like the computer is also over there and there is like 2 or three plug type conetions its deffiantly factory.. thanx alot guys

is it true that its bad to do anything to the inside off the floor of ya truck like you should just carpet it. Something i herd its too late now but any one herd or now that

most likely its going to be a ground wire, we rewired my taco and left the senser for the air intake off and the truck would not start.

my 92 yota had the fuel pump relay that went bad

i checked that too. i have a fuel cell and the pump is ona switch and it still runs
the trucks at mechanics shop sucks but i got way to frustrated and i think he is too so i duno whats gonna happen but thats for trying to help me out i appricate it.
